ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There will be no refunds or exchanges issued for any purchased product unless the product is deemed to be defective by the merchant. If a product is defective, it must be shipped back to the merchant within 7 days of purchase with all tags and wrappings attached before a refund/exchange will be issued. Product(s) must be COMPLETELY unused and unaltered and in original packaging in order to be reimbursed.

• Our services offer no warranty or guarantee: if you damage/use your product in any way. We are not liable and will not offer you a refund or exchange.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.so please check with who you ship with and ensure they are safe to ship with.

Once your order has been placed, there is a mandatory 48 hour processing time. Once the processing time has passed, we will begin preparing your order. One you check out  Depending on your order, it may take up to 8-10 business days to be shipped. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us with.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DELAYS CAN HAPPEN WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES, SHIPPING CAN TAKE 9-12  BUSINESS DAYS. Import note :WE CANNOT CHANGE THE ADDRESS ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
